Healthy recipe : Avocado Blast recipe.

Ingredients
5 avocados, peeled and pitted
4 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk
1 tablespoon dry milk powder
2 teaspoons white sugar
1/2 cup ice

Directions
In a blender, combine avocado, sweetened condensed milk, powdered milk, sugar and ice. Blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve.
